佩尔什地区勒戈（法語：，1919年之前名为勒戈 (Le Gault)，1919-2017年间名为勒戈-佩尔什 (Le Gault-Perche)）是法国卢瓦-谢尔省的一个市镇，位于该省西北部，属于旺多姆区（Arrondissement de Vendôme）。该市镇总面积28.2平方公里，2009年时的人口为275人。[1]
