傅奎清

傅奎清（1920年－），湖北英山人，中国人民解放军将领、中国人民解放军中将。

1988年，授予中国人民解放军中将，曾任南京军区政治委员[1]。

1990年4月，由史玉孝接替政治委员。[2]
