努庫阿洛法（東加語：）是湯加的首都，人口约22,400人（1996年），位于湯加群島最南端的汤加塔布岛的北部海岸。

根據湯加的神話傳說，努库阿洛法（Nukuʻalofa）這個名稱其實是由兩個字組成，分別是：努库（Nuku）居留的意思，阿洛法（ʻalofa）愛的意思。
