努沃勒埃利耶（僧伽羅語：）是斯里蘭卡的城市，位於該國中南部，由中央省的努沃勒埃利耶區負責管轄，面積13平方公里，海拔高度1,868米，每年平均降雨量1,905毫米，2011年人口27,500。
