北方聯盟 (義大利)

北方聯盟（義大利語：），正式名称是爭取帕達尼亞獨立北方聯盟（），是義大利的一个右翼民粹主義、联邦主义和地区主义政黨。2018年大選起主要使用聯盟（）為黨名簡稱，2018年至2019年是執政聯盟成員。LN也曾常被稱為Carroccio（中世紀意大利城邦使用的四輪戰壇）。

在2018年大選中，該聯盟是僅次於五星運動和民主黨的第三大黨，而在2019年的歐洲議會選舉中，該聯盟成為最大的政黨。

歷史

由Umberto Bossi於1991年創立，其合併幾個義大利北部和中部地區政黨，其中大部分在1980年代後期擴大影響力。1990年代起與西爾維奧·貝魯斯科尼的意大利力量黨合作，在1994－1995年、2001－2006年及2008－2011年三度加入貝魯斯科尼領導的中間偏右聯合政府。

聯盟的政治勢力範圍主要在倫巴底、威尼托、皮埃蒙特、利古里亞、艾米利亚-罗马涅及瓦莱达奥斯塔等經濟發達的意大利北部地區，惟現時聯盟勢力範圍遍及全國。

聯盟主張改造義大利成為聯邦制國家，施行財政聯邦制和更大的區域自治，特別是對於經濟較發達的意大利北方地區，北方地區應減少在稅收上補貼予減少南方地區及中部。北方聯盟過去主張義大利北部民族獨立，但是馬泰奧·薩爾維尼擔任黨魁後，這個主張逐漸淡化，2018年大选中以「聯盟」的名义参选（中文名稱常稱為「聯盟黨」），現主張擴大地方自治權及右翼民粹主義，強烈反對非法移民及歐盟在歐洲移民危機中的難民分配政策。

該黨於2019年9月結束聯合執政。

2019年11月，聯盟黨籍參議員、前農業觀光部長錢益友（Gian Marco Centinaio）率多位聯盟黨國會議員訪問台灣，並呼籲義大利正式外交承認台灣。[16]同年12月，11名聯盟黨眾議員在國會聯署提出書面質詢案，要求義大利政府支持台灣加入「聯合國氣候變化綱要公約第25次締約方會議」。[17]
