北马里亚纳群岛自由邦议会（英語：）是美国海外领土北马里亚纳群岛的立法机关。北马里亚纳群岛自由邦议会实行两院制，由北马里亚纳群岛参议院和北马里亚纳群岛众议院组成。每届参议院任期4年，众议院任期2年，都可以无限制连选连任。
