卡尔·亚诺维奇·鲍曼
卡尔·亚诺维奇·鲍曼（俄語：，拉脫維亞語：，1892年8月17日（29日）－1937年10月14日）他出生在拉脱维亚，他是苏共莫斯科地区委员会第一书记、苏共莫斯科省委员会第一书记、苏联共产党中央委员会书记处成员。1937年被捕死于监狱酷刑。1955年平反恢复党籍。[1]
