喬治·安德魯·賴斯納

小喬治·安德魯·賴斯納（George Andrew Reisner Jr. 1867年11月5日－1942年6月6日）是美国的一名专门研究古埃及和周边地区的学者，做过许多金字塔相关的研究。

生平

他出生于美国印第安纳波利斯，父亲乔治·安德魯·賴斯納一世和母亲玛丽·伊丽莎白·梅森都是德国裔[1]。他在哈佛大学获得本科、硕士和博士学位[2]。他最早是在努比亚进行努比亚金字塔的研究工作，后来转向研究埃及金字塔，发掘过海特菲莉斯一世和一些吉萨地区的墓穴。1908年，他又领导了哈佛大学的撒玛利亚考古发掘队[3]。自1914年至去世为止，他是哈佛大学的埃及学教授。
