固有風險

固有風險（Inherent risk）是风险管理中的詞語，是在未進行风险控管（降低危害的可能性或嚴重性）措施時的风险程度[1][2]。另一種固有風險的定義是：在使用既有风险控管方式（可能不完整，或不盡理想）後，風險的程度[3][4]。
