奥托·施特拉塞尔（德語：；1897年9月10日－1974年8月27日），德国政客、纳粹党员。奥托·斯特拉瑟和他的哥哥格雷戈尔·施特拉塞尔一同属于纳粹党左翼领导人。后来改派与希特勒一派人发生冲突，导致纳粹党分裂，其成员在长刀之夜遭到清洗。
