学术出版（英語：）是出版业的一个分支，范围涵盖学术研究领域。大多数学术成果都以期刊论文、书籍等形式被出版。大多数科学技术方面的期刊、书籍，都需要经过同行评审过程，从而保证出版物的质量。不同学术期刊、不同书籍的评审标准有较大差异。
