微囊化技术

利用天然或合成的高分子材料作为囊材，将固态或液态药物（囊心物质）包裹制成药库型微囊的工艺技术。通常为1—250μm，纳米囊为50—500nm。提高药物的稳定性；掩盖药物的不良气味及口味；可使液态药物固态化；防止对胃的刺激；可使药物缓释；可使药物聚集于靶区。
