恩卡纳西翁（西班牙语：）位于巴拉圭南部与阿根廷交界处的亚拉那河畔，与阿根廷城市波萨达斯隔河相望，人口69,769人（2002年）。134,059人（2015年）。阿根廷、巴西和日本在恩卡纳西翁设有领事馆。
巴拉圭前总统阿尔弗雷多·斯特罗斯纳出生于恩卡纳西翁。
