拉穆拉（法語：）是法国汝拉省的一个市镇，位于该省东南部，属于圣克洛德区。该市镇总面积22.28平方公里，2009年时的人口为536人。[1]

"拉穆拉"一名来源于法兰克语当中的"冰川"。
