推選委員會指根據香港、澳門兩個特別行政區《基本法》，在特別行政區政府成立前，由籌備委員會（籌委會）選出。它們的職責是選出第一屆行政長官和立法會。成為選舉委員會（或往後的提名委員會）的雛形。 推選委員會可以指：
