提姆·托爾金

提姆·托爾金（英語：，1962年9月－）是一名英國雕塑家，設計了伯明罕地區的幾件紀念性雕塑。他也是著名作家J·R·R·托爾金的姪孫。

生平

提姆·托爾金出生於白金漢郡，是希拉里·托爾金的孫子，也是J·R·R·托爾金的姪孫。1981年畢業於雷丁大學，取得美術學位。

托爾金設計了伯明罕地區不少的紀念性雕塑，最為知名的雕塑作品是「哨兵」（2000年）[1]。他還曾計畫打造一座樹鬍（《魔戒》小說中的樹人）的雕像，並將其立在伯明罕莫斯利沼澤地，以紀念J·R·R·托爾金與伯明罕的關係；不過這個計畫受到了阻擾[2][3][4]。
