教宗若望保祿是羅馬天主教教宗的名稱，目前共有兩位，也是目前唯一雙名制的教宗名：

若望保禄一世（1978年），其名稱承繼其前教宗若望二十三世及保祿六世；繼位僅33日即逝世。
若望保祿二世（1978年－2005年），名稱繼承自教宗若望保禄一世
