法國唱片出版業公會
法國唱片出版業工會（法文：Syndicat national de l'édition phonographique，縮寫：SNEP），是一間於1922年創立的機構，以保護法國的音樂產業，旗下擁有48間子公司。其職責包括從電視廣播及演出收取特许使用金，防止旗下藝人的音樂作品被侵權（包括盜版）。它亦進行音樂作品的認證工作（銀、金、白金和鑽石）及負責4個音樂排行榜的編排工作。

2002年9月，SNEP開始設立四個音樂排行榜：
- 百強暢銷單曲 (Top 100 best sold singles)
- 一百五十強暢銷專輯 (Top 150 best sold albums) ("nouveautés") (需以正價售賣)
- 四十強暢銷合輯 (Top 40 best compilations) ("nouveautés") (需以正價售賣)
- 四十強暢銷專輯及合輯 (Top 40 best sold albums and compilations) ("長"格式) (以優惠價售賣)
