洪范图（1868年8月27日－1943年10年25日）韩国独立运动家。
生平
生于平安北道慈城郡，1907投身反抗日本殖民统治的义兵运动。1910年日韩合并后流亡中国东北。1913年移居海参崴。三一运动后，1920年参与指挥青山里战役。1921年移居苏联并与苏联领导人列宁会面。后加入苏联共产党。
