滯產

滯產是指分娩的整個過程超過24小時[1]。滯產分為二種，一種是臨產潛伏期超過8小時，另一種是临产活跃期超過12小時[1]。

滯產的原因可能是子宮收縮不良、胎兒特別大、胎位異常，或是骨盆腔或產道問題[1]，後兩者可能會導致難產。
