《真人快打》（英语：）是一款由Midway公司制作和发行的格斗类游戏。本游戏为真人快打系列的第一作。最初于1992年在街机上发行。之后移植至多个游戏平台。
真人快打是一款一对一格斗类游戏。游戏中，如果一方人物胜利两场，便取得比赛胜利。
《电子游戏月刊》将真人快打授予1993年度最具有争议游戏。[1]
