范剑虹
簡歷
范剑虹曾就读于宁波市效实中学（1970-1975年）。1975-1980年期间，任职于交通部上航二处。1980-1988年期间，在杭州大学外语系和法律系读书与任职。1990年获德國基尔大学法学硕士。1990年开始攻读德国法本科课程，并于1993年提前一年通过法学本科四年的全部课程考试，此后分别获得德国基尔大学、弗赖堡大学以及柏林自由大学的攻博资格。1997年初获得弗赖堡大学法学博士。 1990-1995期间，曾兼任基尔大学经济法、劳动法与税法研究所和欧洲與国际私法与程序法研究所助理，也曾任德国基尔州法院（Landgericht Kiel）司法宣誓翻译。曾在德国大众汽车总部（Volkswagen AG）国外法律部和德国克虏伯公司（Krupp MaK）法律部实习与兼职。1995年-1997年期间，在马克斯·普朗克外国和国际刑法研究院担任特别研究员（wiss.Sondermitarbeiter)。1997年起加入国际律师事务所（Wessing Berenberg-Gossler Zimmermann Lange）。此后，担任浙江大学法学院全职副教授、经济法治研究所副所长，并兼任浙江大学城市学院法学院执行副院长（1998-2000）。之后，曾任澳门律师高等委员会成员及澳门大学法学院副教授（2000-2006）。现为澳门大学法学院教授、博士生导师，并兼任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）華南分會仲裁员、深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）仲裁员和世界贸易中心仲裁员（澳门）、克魯維爾《世界法律百科全书》国际咨询顾问。
研究方向
国际商法、经济私法、比较私法，并以中、德、英文在国内外共发表专著、编著二十部以上、期刊论文、篇章及其他文章逾百篇（部）。代表论文与专著主要由Peter Lang International Academic Publishing Group、Sellier-European Law Publishers、Kluwer International、Walters Kluwer、Verlag Recht und Wirtschaft in Heidelberg、Berliner wissenschaftlicher Verlag、中国法律出版社、中国法制出版社、中国社会科学文献出版社、澳门大学等出版。
