茹伊斯迪福拉（葡萄牙語：）是巴西的城市，位於該國東南部，距離里約熱內盧189公里，由米納斯吉拉斯州負責管轄，面積1,437平方公里，海拔高度678米，受熱帶氣候影響，每年平均降雨量1,506毫米，2010年人口517,872。
