让·弗鲁瓦萨尔（法語：，約1337年－1405年），或譯，是一位中世纪的法国作家。作品既包括短抒情诗，也有较长的叙事诗。其著作《大事記》被認為是14世紀英格蘭王國和法國騎士復興的主要作品，也是百年戰爭前半部分的主要參考文獻之一。
