馮夢辛

馮夢辛，是中國清朝官員，於1886年上任台北府儒學教授，隸屬於台灣道台北府，為台灣清治時期的地方官員，該官職主要從事南臺灣境內之教育行政部分，品等雖不高，但是地位崇高。
