Google I/O

Google I/O是由Google举行的网络开发者年会，讨论的焦点是用Google和开放网络技术开发网络应用。年會自2008年開始舉辦，到目前为止已举办过10届。大会在加州旧金山Moscone中心举行。这会议的形式类似于Google開發者日。

Google I/O大会同以前的Google开发者会议十分相似，比如2006年5月的Geo开发者日和2007年5月的Google开发者日。在Google I/O有超过100+的技术研讨会。乐队Flight of the Conchords在2008年5月28日晚的I/O大会的开幕上进行了演出。

Google I/O寓为“开放中创新”（Innovation in the Open）。输入/输出Input/Output，I和O形似二进制码中的1和0也被理解为Google I/O的另一层意思，但这不是官方解释。

第5届Google I/O大会于6月27-29日在旧金山Moscone中心举行。Google发布了Android 4.1、Google Nexus 7及Google Nexus Q等。YouTube在线直播了这届大会。

2013年

第6届Google I/O大会于5月15-17日在旧金山Moscone中心举行。Google发布了Android Studio、配置原生系统的Samsung Galaxy S4、全新设计的Google Plus及Google Maps等。YouTube在线直播了这届大会。

2014年

第7届Google I/O大会于6月25-26日在旧金山Moscone中心举行。Google发布了多项重量级产品、项目和更新，包括Android One、Android L、Android Wear、Android Auto、Android TV、Google Fit等。

2015年

第8届Google I/O大会于5月28-29日在旧金山Moscone中心举行。Google发布了Android M、Android Pay、Android Wear更新、Chrome Custom tabs 、Google Maps离线模式、Google 相册、物联网操作系统Project Brillo和通用语言Project Weave、Google Now on tap。Google Inbox向所有人开放。

2016年

第9届Google I/O大会于5月18-20日在旧金山山景城举行。Google发布了以下产品。

2017年

第10届Google I/O大会于5月17-19日在旧金山山景城举行[11]。Android O和Google.ai发布，Google智能助理登陆iOS平台[12]。HTC Vive和联想製造内置虚拟现实系统Standalone[13]。

2018年

第11届Google I/O大会于5月8-10日在旧金山山景城举行[14] 。Google在會上發佈Google Duplex，Android Pie和 Smart Compose 。並宣佈Google助理將會擁有更多聲音和將會登陸Android Wear。[15]

2019年

第12届Google I/O大会于5月7-9日在旧金山山景城举行[16]。Google在會上發佈Android Q，Pixel 3a，Pixel 3a XL，Nest Hub Max和一系列針對殘疾人士而設的新功能。並宣佈Google搜索，Google Lens，Android Auto和Google Duplex將得到強化。[17]

2020年

第13屆Google I/O大會原訂於5月12-14日舉行，但因為2019冠狀病毒病疫情，Google在3月3日宣布取消[18]。原訂在大會上發表的Android 11直接被公布。到了6月底，Google宣布將在7月3日舉辦「Works with “Hey Google” Smart Home Summit」，其中包含45分鐘的Keynote，被視為是Google I/O的變體。預料Google將在大會上發表全新的Google Home API[19]。
