伯克氏菌目

伯克氏菌目（學名：）是變形菌門β-變形菌綱的一個目[1]，跟其他變形菌一樣，都是革兰氏阴性菌。本目包含了許多致病性病原菌如伯克氏菌屬（）和博德氏菌属（）等[1]，还有像是草酸杆菌属（）這類使用草酸 作為碳源的特殊菌種。[1]
