倫敦衛生與熱帶醫學院
倫敦大學衛生與熱帶醫學院（London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine，縮寫：LSHTM）是一所位於倫敦的公立研究型大學，研究領域集中在公共健康和熱帶醫學上，1899年由萬巴德創建，現在屬於倫敦大學下屬成員，學校主要以招收碩士跟博士為主，並沒有招收本科生。

2009/10年收入達1.017億，其中6250萬來自贊助與合同。[1]該學院在公共健康領域的研究一直有極高的國際聲譽。該校之前無加入世界的大學排名，主要原因是該校為研究型教育機構且沒有招收大學部學生。不過根據 2016 US News Education Global Universities Ranking 及2015 CWTS Leiden Ranking，倫敦大學衛生與熱帶醫學院在公共衛生醫學領域中排名為全世界前三名（僅次於哈佛大學與約翰霍普金斯醫學院），為英國及整個大歐洲社會科學與公共衛生領域中最好的學校，並與國際間許多非營利組織有著密切合作的夥伴關係。[2] [3]

阿爾伯特碼頭海員醫院，20世紀初
1899年，倫敦衛生與熱帶醫學院由萬巴德創建，當時稱倫敦熱帶醫學學校（London School of Tropical Medicine），位於倫敦碼頭區的阿爾伯特碼頭海員醫院。[4]
1920年與熱帶疾病醫院一起搬到了倫敦中央Endsleigh Gardens，接管一所一戰時期的軍官醫院。[5]1924年獲皇家憲章并改現名。1929年搬至現址高爾街。
