公园大道270号

摩根大通大厦（JPMorgan Chase Tower）或者美国联合碳化物大厦是位于曼哈顿中城的一栋摩天大楼，由SOM建筑设计事务所设计。大楼建于1961年，并作为美国联合碳化物的总部，直到公司搬到康涅狄格州。目前它是摩根大通的世界总部。大楼高707英尺（215），有52层。目前大楼正在全楼重新整修，因而成為全球最高被拆卸的建築物。 [1]
