古吉拉特人

古吉拉特人古吉拉特語)是一个来自印度古吉拉特邦的传统族群,讲古吉拉特语,其属于印度-雅利安语支。古吉拉特人在創業和企业活动中占有一席之地,圣雄甘地瓦拉巴伊·帕特尔等人物在印度独立运动英属印度的斗争中发挥了历史性作用。[15][16][17][18]巴基斯坦的建立者穆罕默德·阿里·真纳是古吉拉特人。印度现任总理纳伦德拉·莫迪和亚洲首富穆克什·安巴尼也是古吉拉特人。
