可關斷晶閘管
可關斷晶閘管（英文：Gate Turn-Off thyristor，縮寫：GTO），乃大功率半導體器件，屬於晶閘管的一種，當控制極加正脉衝時晶閘管導通；當控制極G加負脉衝時晶閘管關斷。可以作為VVVF牽引逆變器中的主要開關元件，用於控制供鐵路機車使用的交流牽引電動機。
