吉澤章-蘭德列特系統
吉澤章-蘭德列特系統（英語：）是一種摺紙步驟圖表示系統。許多摺紙書籍的摺紙步驟圖都是使用這個系統來描述摺紙模型的基本摺紙技術。也有一些是基本動作，它通常用在摺紙模型的第一步驟。

歷史
這種摺紙步驟圖表示方法的概念最早起源於1797年出版的書“Senbazuru Orikata”，這是最早的摺紙書。在這本書中的摺紙步驟圖很清楚，且常僅表現在折疊過程的最終結果，留下的摺痕不能確定模型是如何被創建的。後來書就開始制定出一個模型，正是如何折疊的系統。
