吉爾福德·達德利

吉爾福德·達德利勛爵（Lord Guildford Dudley；又串作Guilford；約1535年－1554年2月12日[1]），是（地位有爭議、）僅在位九日的英格蘭女王简·格雷的丈夫。吉爾福特·達德利接受以人為本的教育，並在國王愛德華六世逝世前約六星期的一個盛大慶典中迎娶了簡·格雷。當吉爾福特的父親第一代諾森伯蘭公爵約翰·達德利設計擁戴简·格雷為女王後，吉爾福特和簡在倫敦塔度過了其短暫的統治時期。

他們在塔期間，政權被推翻，並以囚犯的身份分開住在塔中；1553年11月被指控高度叛國判處死刑。雖然瑪麗女王曾傾向饒恕他們的性命，但托马斯·怀亚特的叛乱阻礙了她和西班牙的腓力之婚事，故最後瑪麗也決定對他們執行死刑，後世普遍認為此舉過分苛刻。

吉爾福德·達德利是第一代諾森伯蘭公爵約翰·達德利和愛德華·吉爾福特的女兒簡第二年輕的子嗣[2]，其血統可以追溯到一個在十四世紀成為達德利城堡領主、名為薩頓的家庭[3]。
