啤酒软件（英語：）是一种带有请求的软件，首先它授予用户在保留授权公告的情况下可以对这个软件做任何想做的事情； 接着它要求用户，如果觉得该软件还是有点价值的，并且哪天和软件作者碰在了一起，那么可以请作者喝一杯啤酒作为回报。
该软件授权介于免費软件和共享软件或者商业软件之间。 通常，由于它仅仅是要求用户请作者喝一杯啤酒或其他飲料作为回报而不是支付现金，并且不是强迫用户必须这么做，所以它也可以视为免費软件。
