國際調酒師協會

國際調酒師協會（英語：），是一個在1951年於英國托基成立，專門管轄世界調酒事務及制訂製作雞尾酒標準的組織[1]。每年，該組織也會舉行世界雞尾酒大賽和世界花式調酒大賽。另外，該組織的度量標準慣用厘升多於毫升[2]。
