埃马努伊尔·约诺维奇·克维林
埃马努伊尔·约诺维奇·克维林（俄語：，1888年9月1日（13日）－1937年11月26日）他是全联盟共产党（布尔什维克）中央组织局委员、乌克兰共产党中央委员会第一书记，他还是经济学博士，1938年被逮捕遭到枪杀，1956年平反恢复党籍。[1]
