娜塔莉·伊曼纽尔（英語：，1989年3月2日－[1]）是一名英国女演员，因在HBO电视剧《权力的游戏》中飾演Missandei和《速度与激情7》中的演出而知名。電影《荷莉過夜日記》飾演荷莉。

伊曼纽尔1989年3月2日生于英格兰埃塞克斯郡滨海绍森德[2][3] ，母亲是多明尼加人，父亲一半圣卢西亚血统，一半英国血统[4]，姐姐路易斯[5]。3岁至11岁时，她就读于滨海韦斯特克利夫的聖希爾達學校（現在已關閉），之后就读于维斯特克利夫女子高中。
