抗穆氏管荷爾蒙（英語：，簡稱），又稱抗穆勒氏管荷爾蒙，是一種糖蛋白，由卵巢小卵泡分泌，卵巢小卵泡數目越多，血清中它的濃度越高。

科學家以它來作為卵巢庫存量（Ovarian reserve）的指標之一，可以用來預測懷孕率。
