拉巴罗什（法語：；德语：Zell）是法国上莱茵省的一个市镇，属于科尔马-里博维莱区（Colmar-Ribeauvillé）和圣玛丽欧米讷县（Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines）。该市镇总面积13.44平方公里，2009年时的人口为2265人。[1]
