朱雀屬
朱雀屬（Carpodacus） 是燕雀科下的一個屬，因羽毛呈鮮艷紅色而得名。屬名來自古希臘語“karpos”（水果）和“dakno”（咬）[1]。該屬的鳥類廣泛分佈與歐亞大陸，多樣性中心位於中國-喜馬拉雅山脈。該屬共27種鳥類，其中笠原朱雀已經滅絕。
