根瘤菌科
根瘤菌科（学名：Rhizobiaceae）是屬於變形菌門中的一個科，包含許多種的根瘤菌（但不是全部）和植物的寄生生物，如：土壤桿菌屬。正如所有變形菌門中的生物，在根瘤菌科中也全屬於革蘭氏陰性菌。它們是好氧菌且細胞形狀通常為桿狀。其中有多種菌屬於固氮生物，它們有固氮的能力且與植物共生。[2]
