梦中梦巡回演唱会，（英语：Dream Within a Dream Tour），是美国女歌手布蘭妮·斯皮爾斯举办的第四次巡回演唱会。巡演用于在北美和日本宣传布兰妮的第3张专辑《布兰妮》（Britney）。该巡演由安许茨娱乐小组负责宣传，是布兰妮首次不与Live Nation娱乐公司合作的巡演。2001年9月21日，巡演的北美场次全部向后推迟两个月。2002年2月，布兰妮宣布了巡演的第二阶段。巡演由韦德·罗布森导演，罗布森称巡演的主题为布兰妮的成年禮以及布兰妮的独立。本次巡演中的歌曲主要来自布兰妮的前几张录音室专辑，并包含部分专辑中歌曲的混音版。
