費爾與[3]美國製片人朗達·托爾夫森（Rhonda Tollefson）結婚，於2000年12月22日在洛杉磯劇院裡相遇，在演出的主辦方請大家共進晚餐的時候，他們是因為座位相鄰才結識的。費爾他有兩個孩子：兒子Atticus Fehr（生於2003年1月4日）和女兒Finley Fehr（生於2006年2月26日）。
