王家福

王家福（1931年2月－2019年7月13日），男，四川南充人，中华人民共和国法学家。第九届全国人大常委，曾任中国社会科学院法学研究所所长、中国社会科学院学部委员。曾参与制定民法通则、公司法、物权法等。2018年被中国政府授予“改革先锋”称号。[1][2]
