王飞 (律师)

王飞，律师，现属北京泽博律师事务所。经常提供弱势群体法律援助，张玉环案是王飞自2017年起用时三年参与平反的第三个长达27年的大冤案。提及刑讯逼供王飞总结了三个原因，其一是命案必破，在不能破的情况下寻找替罪羊。其二是办案人员急功近利争取立功，基于利益的驱使而无视客观事实。其三是根深蒂固的有罪推定思维导致的刑讯逼供。2020年9月26日采访中表示9月10日教师节，接手了一个江西申诉40多年老教师的案子。[1] [2] [3] [4]
