盛趣游戏

盛趣游戏，原名“盛大游戏”，是中国大陆游戏公司，于2008年成立，原母公司为盛大网络。

简介

2009年，盛大分拆盛大游戏在纳斯达克IPO上市。[1]

2014年11月，盛大互动娱乐将所持有全部盛大游戏股份分别出售给宁夏中银绒业国际集团和亿利盛达投资控股，出售之后，盛大互动娱乐不再持有盛大游戏股份。[2]

2017年3月，盛大游戏就曾发布声明称，公司获得盛大集团许可，继续使用“盛大游戏”、“Shanda Games”商标，商标使用期为两年。[3]

2019年3月31日，盛大游戏更名为盛趣游戏。[3]
