笊篱

笊篱是一種烹饪器具，東亞传统的笊篱用竹篾、柳条、铅丝等编成，。在烹饪時，用來捞取食物，使之与油或汤水分离。由于笊网形状酷似蜘蛛网，故英文译作Spider。

閩南語俗稱麵摵仔，摵仔麵（俗寫作切仔麵）一名即源於此。粵語為炸厘。
