美国哥伦比亚特区及自治领地25美分纪念币发行计划是美国铸币局在2009年[1]发行面值为25美分的一年期硬币计划，以纪念哥伦比亚特区以及作为美国岛屿地区的波多黎各，关岛，美属维尔京群岛，美属萨摩亚，和北马里亚纳群岛。这些岛屿通常合称为本土外岛屿[2]，即美国法律上规定的“领土”一词所限定的区域。这个计划在50州25美分纪念币之后启动。这些硬币的正面与之前十年发行的25美分使用相同的设计，带有乔治·华盛顿的头像。背面的图案由铸币局选择各领土或联邦地区的特点作为设计。与50州纪念币不同，格言"E Pluribus Unum"被放在背面，与铸造年份字体大小相同。
