考試委員
考試委員是中華民國考試院的委員，依《考試院組織法》第三條：考試院置考試委員十一人。考試委員之任期爲六年。由總統提名，經立法院同意任命之。後修正《考試院組織法》，考試委員增至十九人。總統提名之司法院正副院長，考試院正副院長，及司法院大法官，考試院考試委員時，應檢附履歷，並加具意見，以備審查，監院如不同意時，應以書面請總統另行提名。2019年再修正《考試院組織法》，考試委員減至七到九人，考試委員之任期減至四年。[1]
