胃灼熱

胃灼熱（英語：），亦稱為"酸消化不良"(acid indigestion)[2] 是指在中胸部或上中腹部(epigastrium)所產生的灼熱感。[3][4][5]疼痛往往源於胸部且可放射到頸部，喉部，或下頜角。

胃灼熱通常是由於胃酸返流（胃反流）進入食管而且是胃食管反流疾病（GERD）的主要症狀。[6]約有 0.6％ 的案例是屬於冠狀動脈疾病的症狀。[7]

定義

消化不良這個術語指包括胃灼熱及許多其他的症狀。[8] 消化不良有時被定義為心口痛與胃灼熱的複合症狀。[9]胃灼熱通常可與胃食管反流病交互使用表示同一症狀，而不是僅僅在描述一個人的胸部灼熱症狀。[10]
